Hello MindofHR readers, today I completed my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training. As a token of apprecitiation, I decided to write a poem dedicated to all Lean Six Sigma Black Belt professionals!!!
In the world of process, sharp as a knife,
Lives a professional, skilled in the art of life.
A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with wisdom and grace,
They lead with precision in every single case.
They seek out the flaws, the waste, and the strain,
To optimize systems and reduce every pain.
With DMAIC in hand, they analyze and define,
Improving each process, to make it align.
Yellow, Green, and Black, they rise in the ranks,
Their knowledge and skills, like well-oiled tanks.
From data to solutions, they bridge the divide,
With Lean Six Sigma, they’re on the winning side.
Their vision is clear, their goals set in sight,
To make businesses better, from morning till night.
With projects and charts, they chart out the course,
And steer through the storms with unwavering force.
In the realm of efficiency, they’re heroes untold,
With their skills and their knowledge, they’re worth more than gold.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, in their world they excel,
Improving, transforming, where they choose to dwell.
So here’s to the Black Belts, so wise and so keen,
In the world of Lean Six Sigma, they’re the cream of the scene.
With rhyme and with rhythm, their tale we must tell,
Of the professionals who make businesses excel.
Dr. Arpita Sen holds a bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) from YMT Dental College and Hospital, Navi Mumbai. She also holds an MBA in Human Resources from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai, where she graduated as a double gold medallist.
